Meet Jennifer Weiss
Jennifer is a results-driven CEO, board leader, and advisor with more than 30 years of leadership experience turning vision into impact. She is known for scaling organizations, aligning stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and delivering results. Jennifer moves quickly, thinks both creatively and systemically, and leads change with clarity, accountability, and a relentless focus on execution.
For nearly 20 years, Jennifer has served as Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin, where she has led the organization from serving hundreds of youth at three locations to serving more than 11,000 young people annually across more than 30 Club sites in 10 communities. Today, the organization employs nearly 400 team members and operates with an annual budget approaching $25 million.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has raised more than $200 million through philanthropy, strategic partnerships, government investment, and community engagement. She has facilitated eight mergers and consolidations, led the design, funding, and construction of multiple state-of-the-art youth centers, and secured more than $35 million for major capital projects, including New Markets Tax Credit financing.
Jennifer's experience spans strategic planning, organizational growth, operational excellence, governance, philanthropy, resource stewardship, and transformational change.
In addition to her executive leadership experience, Jennifer serves as Chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin Foundation and Treasurer of Community First Credit Union. Having served in both the CEO chair and the boardroom, she brings a unique perspective that helps leaders navigate complexity, make sound decisions, and translate strategy into action.
